Cranbury is one of those towns which thankfully time forgot. Take a stroll along Main Street, with it's 18th and 19th century buildings adorned in american flags, tree lined streets and colonial church and tavern.
If there is any town that seems to come right out of a Norman Rockwell painting, then Cranbury is it. On summer days it's not unusual to see people along Brainerd lake with their easles and paint brushes,
painting the near perfect landscape. This same lake during the winter time serves as the local skating and hockey rink. During Christmas the colonial and Victorian homes are decked out in beautiful christmas decorations. Fall is probably one of the best seasons to spend in Cranbury, with the
multi-colored leaves dancing along the sidewalks and the jumpkins and corn stalks decorating the homes for Halloween.
Cranbury is truly a peaceful town. Although it doesn't offer the "tourist" attractions, it's well worth it to just stroll down Main Street and take a trip back in time.
